      Pros

      I have only worked for one company since I graduated college and I could not be happier with my decision. TQL gave me the platform to make an unlimited amount of money and I have been promoted several times. I have learned a lot, have had a successful career and I only look to keep growing with the company. Like anything, the job is not easy. If you are looking for a career with unlimited earning potential, competitive atmosphere, and a great culture, This is the place.

      Cons

      Like any job, there are stressful situations. The trucking industry is a dificult industry but I learned to love it.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment with a young, hungry group. You get the opportunity to build and run your own book of business. There is no cap on commission and opportunities to advance are available for those who put in the work.

      Cons

      Must be willing to put the work in to get your book of business off the ground. If you're not willing to pick up the phone and hustle to build your book of business, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      You literally get the opportunity to not only run your own book of business but make your own salery with no cap!! The organizational culture is like no other, very young, motivated, open, work-hard play hard mentality. Lots of happy hours and team outings!

      Cons

      Not your typical 9-5 job, Work-life balance is harder to maintain when your working 50 hours a week. If you have a large account($$)and do well, there will be calls to your cell afterhours when issues occur, issues are inevitable, this literally is a 24/7/365 job!
