This job requires more mental toughness than you think. Not only do you have to prospect and cold call you have to accept that in order to be successful, you have to make yourself aware that you need to be available 24/7/365. If you can maintain a strong work ethic, TQL will get you an assistant to make it that much easier. But like anything in life worth having, you have to work for it. There is a lot of stress in this job, but not distress. The biggest competition is not from the outside, but from the inside. Imagine a 1000 other brokers who want to be as successful as you. In order to get the business you want, you have to out work them. You do have to work 2 Saturdays a month when you first start from 8-12 but it is really not as bad as you think it would be.
