This job can change your life if you approach it the right way - stay positive, put in the time, and keep persistent. Six figures is just the beginning if you are willing to learn and grow by the beat this company has established. Not to mention how quickly TQL is expanding - astronomical potential for career advancement.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this to someone who is faint hearted. Your mentality every day should be, "what can I do to push my limits." To make six figures, you have to have a $100k work ethic and perseverance. Creating excuses only hurts your ability to face problems head-on, which is required for success here - it's not easy, but nothing in life worth having ever is.

      Truly unlimited earning potential and unmatched company culture. Work hard play hard mentality. Company benefits are unmatched in the sales industry. Every day is something new and not the same old boring tasks. If you are positive, hard working, and money motivated this is the job for you.

      I wouldn't say it is a downside because anything in life worth having is difficult, but if you want to be successful you have to be willing to put in the effort and time.
