At TQL your career path is determined by you and only you. At the end of the day you will get out of this job entirely what you are willing to put into it. You want to make 6 figures within your first year of employment? Then this is the place for you. Aside from the potential for unlimited earnings the culture at TQL is nothing like I have experienced working anywhere else. Although each broker runs their own book of business, the true meaning of teamwork is realized when you really need a hand, everyone steps up to help you in any way they can, and in this industry it is truly a blessing. The office itself is also very impressive. Built with an open floor design and a penthouse view of Midtown, it keeps the whole team on their feet, in a very immersive and exciting sales environment. The management team is very involved in helping you to reach new goals and further your career at TQL.

Cons

- As we are essentially on call 24/7/365 so you do occasionally get the late night after-hours call to troubleshoot issues - As i said before you get out of this job what you put into it, sometimes that means coming in extra early or hanging around the office later in order to get the job done

After 6 months of being a trainee you will be able to be on your own and possibly start making commission (pulling the plug). The money is there if are able to get accounts/clients. Full benefits w/ 35k salary.

Cons

Very long hours, unprofessional brokers/clients/truck drivers/co-workers, 6 months of being an assistant to another remote broker, and post work obligations. Not a professional work environment.
