      This company allows you to build your own business and has a truly uncapped commission structure.

      Cons

      The company really is a meat grinder. They hire and fire folks at will while keeping the business for themselves and reducing the next brokers commission by 5%

      Pros

      My position with this company inspires me and allows me the freedom to "think outside the box". It's a fun, laid back place to work. We consistently recognize employees for doing a great job. The people that I work with are like my family more so than co-workers and I thoroughly enjoy getting up every morning to come to work. I couldn't imagine being on another team and am more than happy in my current role. TQL has won "Cincinnati's Best Places To Work" (among other awards) for several years running. The fun events through the year are geared not only towards the emloyees but for their families as well. (The only way to do great work is to love what you do! )

      Cons

      There are some individuals that come in the door from time to time with a sense of "entitlement". If you are one of these individuals, you need not apply. You will not be handed anything and will need to put forth effort for what you want. We work hard for everything that we have here at TQL because we want to make this company and the people here successful. We're SUCCESSFUL because we've EARNED it!

      Beer drop Fridays, lively work environment, good co-workers for the most part, if you put in the work and are successful you can make a lot of money
