      Hard work with great people and great potential

      Pros

      What you see is what you get. You are going to have to come in and work hard, but it is going to pay off in the end. The training process is very extensive and very hands on which I think is great. You are tasked with building your own book of business of loyal customer to work with day in and day out. Great environment of energetic and motivated professionals. Finally, uncapped commission, the harder you work the more you are going to make.

      Cons

      Hard work means longer hours. It is your book of business so you are going to have to put in the work to build it up, but it will pay off in the end. The training is 6 months long but during the process you will have the chance to start building your books of business.

      Free beer on Fridays. Happy hour every once in awhile. Office location.

      Where to start....all the reviews on here are from recruiters posting them. I sit next to one at the office and they do it daily. No lunch breaks!!! You have to work on Saturdays and some holidays. Bringing so many new people in that it's nearly impossible to get a good book of business,. It involves cold calling companies that hate TQL because of their shady reputation in the industry and the fact that they get multiple calls from us because there is no way to track it. Only people making money here are the veteran brokers that were given their accounts. Please don't let the recruiters fool you. Your better off anywhere else.

      It isn't possible to have multiple posts from the same person and there are more than 355 employee reviews on this site. In regards to the demands of the job (some weekends, holidays, cold calling), all of that should have been carefully explained to you during the interview process and further reiterated when you signed the company expectations document.       Great training as well as exuberent opportunities to learn to sell as well as problem solve

      Cons

      It's extremely stressfull very limited lunch breaks long hours and expect to stay alot later than expected
