      Pros

      I have worked for TQL 8 years. TQL offers opportunity to all employees. With hard work, a positive attitude and Dedication they allow every employee the opportunity to be successfull at all levels. There is so much opportunity for you to move within the company.

      Cons

      My only con is I wish the medical benefits offered were a little better. It has changed a few times in 8 years.

      -Introduced to a lot of different aspects of the Supply Chain Management (Sales) process that help you see real world applications of classroom material -Ability to transition from intern to Sales Account Executive

      Cons

      -Communication between carriers -Pressure/stress of yourself and everyone around you to hit quota (don't lend anyone 5 bucks because they may not be working there a week from now)
