      Stuck it out for 5 years. Not Great.

      Pros

      Once you are established, if you are one of the few that are successful, you can relax a little. If you get lucky you can make decent money.

      Cons

      The work environment is not "fun" it is annoying and unprofessional. You are expected to work 60 hours a week for a lower salary with the outside chance of making good money. It is not fun watching good, hardworking people get used for six months then walked out the door on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Your income is in your control, there is no cap to earning potential for those with a strong work ethic. Moving in to a management role is not based on tenure but determined by leadership characteristics and proven success in sales.

      Cons

      To become successful it takes dedication and devoting your time to make it happen. There are many stresses of the job and you need to be able to balance it without becoming too frustrated.

      Pros

      Great company culture. There is a work hard play hard mentality that is perfect for those looking to make as much money as they can. There is an uncapped commission structure and no longer a draw, so you are able to make money even sooner than before. The training you receive is better than anywhere else I have seen. The company gives you the tools to succeed before throwing you out on your own. Great company to work for if you are willing to work hard to succeed.

      Cons

      The downside of the job is the initial period of being an assistant and first getting out on your own account. While it is also a benefit that you receive so much training on how to succeed here, it is also time where you don't make very much money, which can be draining when you are working so many hours and giving the effort to succeed.
