      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, great coworkers and the office is in a good part of the city. Decent sales and logistics training

      Cons

      Mentally draining. 100+ cold calls per day. You must generate all your own leads. No perks (must pay for parking every day, no cafeteria, no gym membership, etc.) TQL's reputation is quickly dwindling and customers and carriers alike are not big fans.

      Pros

      Great training-Also, the earning potential to make a lot of money if you build a solid customer base. Great working environment and highly competitive.

      Cons

      Making 100 calls a day, also trying to reach sales goals during training. It is easy to lose sight of quality calls and just look at quantity of calls to validate lack of production.

      No better opportunity out there for the right person

      Pros

      An extremely lucrative opportunity. Our business model is what makes this work. There is a lot of freedom in choosing what type of business you are going after and in what markets you want to be in. It's a fun place to work, too. It's still a fairly young company, so growth is imminent. We have a lot of afterhours events and community outreach projects that we are part of regularly. TQL reinvests back into itself to keep the technology top of the line. The employees have a lot of input on how to improve our work tools and resources for our customers.

      Cons

      This job isn't for everyone and it is not a clock in/clock out position. That's why you see the negative reviews from time to time. It is very much like owning your own business, so you have to put the time and energy into getting it off the ground.
