If you are unsure ask. you take 2 trips to the office, 2 shadows with employees, and throughout the process both the recruiter and hiring manager are very transparent on what you are signing up for.
Cons
-Takes 1 year to start making good money. -Hard work. Required to work 0600-1500. The people who are successful work 0545-1600/1630. ( Is the sacrifice worth the reward to you?) -Nothing will be given to you, you can take as much as you want though.
