      Awesome work environment. Earning potential is very big.

      Cons

      Very long hours, work every other Saturday for 4 hours. Trucking companies can be shady.

      You get the same check as everyone else on draw. 35k salary for 80 hours worth of work.

      Cons

      TQL does not take care of their employees. Their pay structure is a combination of a used car lot and bank. The draw system is a complete joke. You can do $200,000 in revenue and still not see a comission check. You do not get paid until your customer pays. Do not forget TQL pays the lowest comission percentages in the industry and all the big accounts already assigned. Uppper management loves to manager by fear. You get vacation but cant use it. Any positive post on here is from a recruiter or some college kid that thinks there manager is going to keep them around.
