      Pros

      You won't find a more unique working environment. Managment truly wants to see you succeed and will do everything in their power to get you there. If you are a go-getter and have a positive "never give up" attitude, you will see success at TQL.

      Cons

      You have to be able to manage your work/life balance in this job. Hard work for the first year or two will give way to some success and allow for a more flexible schedule when you need it.

      Pros

      The ppl you meet, the other associates are fantastic but you build a close bond bc you all are struggling. You can search for better jobs while at work.

      Cons

      Worry about being fired all the time, no potential unless you're "lucky" and the associate above you quits and your manager delegates their customers to you. Absolutely no life/work balance. Hiring structure is based off a pyramid scheme model.... Funny bc it's true. Basically you sit at a desk and call businesses all day for 9-10 hours asking for their freight. You'll expect to make 100+ calls a day, it's not what a human being was meant to do, you'll go crazy.
