      Pros

      This company really cares for your success with extensive hands-on training. Base salary + uncapped commission. Able to build your own book of business. Excellent benefits provided within 30 days of employment. Genuine managers and "open door" policy.

      Just learn how to balance work life, which is experienced with almost any career

      Pros

      Chance to make unlimited money, very great place to work at. Dont have to be a robot everyday, everday is a new list of challenges and 1 step closer to making as much money as youd like. They care about you as a person and proves it. They dont just talk it but they live what they talk about.

      Cons

      Learning a new system. Not for everybody. Really tough job. not for the weak hearted. Somtimes things happen that you cannot control and yet it will still be your fault. Somethings you cant escape and its always your fault.

      Pros

      Mentoring encouraged and given freely. Competitive atmosphere while still maintaining team spirit/ comraderie. Incentives constantly given and success depends solely on you.

      Cons

      If not able to handle stress well dont bother. If your not the type of person to always want to do better dont call. If not comfortable on the phone or not a team player this isnt for you.
