      One word, opportunity. The chance at becoming very successful in your young professional career is extremely high. Highly competitive. This job is structured for highly motivated individuals who are willing to put in the hard work.

      stress levels will be tested, early mornings and late nights are very common.

      Pros

      Good office Culture. Good coworkers and training. You can learn a lot about the industry. Beautiful office in the heart of downtown.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance. Cold calling gets old. It really all boils down to you getting lucky and having a company trust you with their freight. Lying to truckers all day gets old. The draw system makes it nearly impossible to every make money here. I watched one of the most successful brokers in the office leave due to shady practices from management.
