      -it's a job -It has full benefits -potential to make six figures...maybe

      Cons

      -long hours -no integrity (although they preach to you that they do) -long hours -low pay -poor commission plan -never ending sales pressure -heavily micromanaged -no social life -Phone calls 24/7, even outside of the office -long hours Even after making it out of sales training and on my own account I was miserable.

      Pros

      Training, even though they make you sign a non-compete contract, meaning if you seek employment with another company they can sue you.

      Cons

      Low pay, overworked, treated like trash, HR is terrible. High turn over rate, they fire a lot of people.

      Pros

      TQL provides you with all the tools neccesary to be successful. It is a fun, fast-paced enviroment where I enjoy coming to work everyday. Managers at all levels are personable and are always open to feedback. There is also plenty of opportunity for promotions within the company if you are interested in management.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to dedicate yourself to the job, which can sometimes mean working upwards to 60+ hours per week in order to see success
