Management goes out of it's way to be transparent when it comes to direction and decision-making. The company provides a very fun, very lively work environment, with a go-get-it culture that rewards those willing to put in the work. The focus is on service and quality, so there are very rarely corners cut in any aspect of the business, whether that be servicing customers, or handling employee/company business. There is tremendous growth opportunity within the company, as we tend to promote from within the vast majority of the time. Also, there is a substantial investment in technology and training - the company goes out of it's way to provide massive resources to give our people the best tools possible to help them succeed.
