      Pros

      Great training program that sets you up for a successful account. The management is very helpful and hands on with all employees.

      Cons

      It is a lot of hard work and is not a job for just anyone. You must be very self motivated and you definitely cannot be afraid to talk on the phone and run into conflicts.

      Pros

      The environment is very energetic and fun. There is a great sense of teamwork, yet you still get the recoginition of running your own business. It is a financially emtionally rewarding job if you put in the hard work and stay persistant.

      Cons

      It is a cut throat business and there is a lot of competition both vs. other logistics companies and within TQL itself. Can be stressful at times and requires some work outside of the office (being on call, etc).

      Pros

      The earning potential is unlimited. The best company culture that I have ever been a part of. Because of the company growth there is exceptional opportunity for advancement and professional development.

      Cons

      Amazing opportunity but also very challenging. Stress level is high and it takes discipline to be successful. Not a good fit for everyone. However, if you are truely motivated and success driven, you are very successful.
