Pros

Money - With the way the commission is set up, it is not uncommon for LAE's to be making great money quickly. It usually takes a little over a year, but after that, you can be seeing paychecks double, triple, (or more) than what you were getting paid when you started. It blows you away when you see your hard work pay off the way it can here. Atmosphere - It is work hard play hard. The lazy don't make it in the door, and everyone here shares the same competitive spirit, and passion for making money. Also, there's a sense of team where anyone will help anyone. You are never left stranded on something while others just walk away at the end of the day. Everyone helps everyone, and the job gets done. Opportunity - With as fast as we are growing as a company, advancement opportunities are abundant. They go to those who produce, and those who want them - some decline because they are already making more money than their boss!

Cons

Work - This isn't a job where you can sit back and collect a paycheck. This isn't a job you take just to have a job. You have to outwork, outhustle, and grind out daily. It's not easy, but you are given all the training you need to succeed. You decide if you want to. After Hours Commitment - You have to answer your phone 24/7. You won't succeed if you check out at 5:15 every day. This job takes a relentless effort. No one will sugarcoat that in anyway. Transparency - This is a Pro and a Con. If you are killing it - everyone sees it. If you are slacking - everyone sees it. You can't hide behind excuses. Stress - Some will say the job is stressfull, and I agree to an extent, but all that stress melts away when you realize the benefits of dealing with the after hours issues, transparency in numbers, pounding the phones, etc. Overall - This job is not for everyone. If you want to make a ton of money, and are willing to put in the work, it's for you. If you want a small, steady, easy paycheck - it's not.

Pros

Money. But not just money - amazing money. Six figures kind of money. If you have the understanding that only 10% of the population makes six figures and you are willing to do anything to make that kind of money, this is the place to do it. I don't know if any other job out there gives you the opportunity to make six figures within your first year of employment. Office environment. Working with young, motivated individuals who work hard and play hard cements friendships and creates a team atmosphere - especially during the long hours the first two years will require to be successful. Training. You have all of the tools to succeed, including help from all of the managers and an in-house trainer. Self-Accountability. If you enjoy being responsible for your own success, this is the environment for you. If you enjoy making excuses, you probably won't like it here. Competitive. If you get the job you will be part of the most competitive group of people you have ever met. After all, only 10% or the population makes over $100K a year. At TQL the median salary is $90K. Opportunity. The company is growing explosively. Tons of opportunity for promotion and management.

Cons

Stressful. You have revenue bases goals (it is, after all, a sales job). If you reach the goals it's good but if you don't hit them you have managers asking you why you fell short. Long hours. It takes 60+ hours a week to be successful here. Lunches at your desk are not only uncommon, it's the norm here. Hard to take time off. I mean, you can take time off - but the industry is so hardcore that you might come back to work to find out you have lost a customer. It's like that for your first two years. 24/7. You are 24/7 if you work here. 3am phonecalls? Sometimes. Desk. You will be at it. Almost always. Phone. You will be on it. Almost always.
