Pros

- Entry Level Sales experience - Very young culture that is youthul and exciting - Learn how to send emails and talk on the phone. A lot. - Learn how to function is a large organization.

Cons

- Poor compensation. - You are expected to put forth a lot of your own $$$ to finance your business. You will be required to pay for your own cell phone bill, and many side expenses without company re-payment. - You will never get to travel / meet customers face to face. - Minimal sales training. - Limited customer opportunities. - Management will push you to make unethical decisions in order to drive sales. - When an employee leaves the company, the management plays favorites in determining who gets the “gravy” clients.

Pros

TQL has a great work environment, there is plenty of opportunity to be successful here.

Cons

The job can be over bearing at times. You are providing great customer service and it means you have to sacrifice your time as well. Many think that rewards are reaped with that hard work. It is very possible to make a lot of money, it just means you will work really hard.

Pros

One of the few places to get a salary with benefits straight after receiving a college degree (or in some cases no degree). With that said, TQL has a very young staff, most in their mid 20s, which can make for a fun work environment.

Cons

Will be expected to answer calls in the middle of the night and log on from home - on call 24/7. Although some vacation time is rewarded if taken upper management views it negatively. Must work at least one saturday a month even if you can log on and do all your business from home. Upper management does not care about employees and views them as expendable - high turnover. Do not allow good work to be judged on much besides phone time and cold calling.
