      Too stressful and too much turnover

      Pros

      -decent pay & benefits -young, enthusiastic work environment -good training program -can be very successful working there if you work VERY hard and/or inherit customers from employees that leave

      Cons

      -too much micromanaging -taking time off is not always approved & highly frowned upon, no work flexibility whatsoever -the market is tapped out, so very hard to get your book of business established -too much turnover....people quit or get fired on a weekly basis, I was there 1 year and saw around 60 people from my own team leave, that is why the hiring groups are so large there

      Younger employees with a casual atmosphere 4 month training program allows for you to get a pulse on the freight industry Nice facilities

      Cons

      Management style varies from sales team to sales team Loud "telemarketing" sales floor Expected to go 100% sales commission after 8 months of selling High turnover Personally experienced little guidance, criticism, or support from management Sit at desk all day long yet it is against corporate culture to go out for hour lunch Internally competitive with prospects and customers Difficult to surpass "draw" and become a commissioned employee

      Exciting atmosphere, fun type-A personalities, new building, opportunities are endless

      Cons

      Tied to two phones all day long talking to truckers, lose sales based on price vs service, "What have you done for me lately" mentality, lunches out of the office is frowned upon, Saturday work shifts a total drag.
