Pros
Their mission, vision and values was fantastic.
Cons
Unfortunately, those mission, vision, and values were being held back and hindered by the senior leadership. They were constantly pushing naive goals and this has led to large problems related to revenue/cost. Although the senior leadership seemed to admit that they had made huge mistakes, they were unwilling to make any changes at the top to allow for people that were qualified to run this business.
