      Pros

      TQL has an energetic office with great people who are always willing and happy to help anyone, and everyone advance in their career at TQL. There is unlimited opportunities just depending on how willing you are to grind to get the business

      Cons

      The only downside is that you will not be given anything. Everything is based on sales so if you are not prepared to grind this may not be the best fit. This is a 24/7 job so you will be required to do some work outside of normal business hours as freight never stops.

      Pros

      Office environment is high energy and positive. This energy stems from management whose only goal from what I can tell is only wanting the best for those willing to put in 100% effort. The job is not easy but if you are here for the right reasons success is achievable.

      Cons

      Long hours, not a traditional 9-5, this is a position that leads to a career not 'just a paycheck'.

      The uncapped commission structure - TQL will never cap you at your potential. The environment/culture is upbeat and positive. You are surrounded by people who have the same drive to become successful and positive attitude. We celebrate everyone's successes as well as office/TQL successes.

      Cons

      The only thing that I think TQL Minneapolis could improve is office location.
