Literally there are none - not kidding! The "training" is you doing some modules while tirelessly working on your mentor's account while they treat you like trash and don't actually learn anything. They make you sign ALL your individual rights away including those protected by HIPA ( really ). All the while TQL makes you sign a non-compete and threaten to sue you or the company that hires you. Oh and get this, the recruiting department actively checks job boards to catch employees looking for other opportunities. Seriously concerning practices and extremely toxic. Please learn from my mistake ignoring all the poor feedback and believing the FAKE positive reviews. They make leadership write those I've seen it with my own eyes in hopes it drowns out the honest feedback like mine.

Cons

There is no MONEY!! As a broker you make 18-20 percent of the profit of an already tight market. Hours of work for just $20 - $80 per load if your customer pays and will most likely not make a commission check or if you do, it's small. YOU will work 10+ hours a day and at the end of the month make no money until you burn out. This is not a job for people with bills and a family, They take advantage of young ambitious people and will use you to generate new prospects for the next sucker who works at TQL.
