For hard working individuals who have the drive to exceed expectations and be challenged, this could be the place for you. Our leaders & employees have great values: integrity, hard working from the top with our CEO to the newest member of the team, and the leaders are transparent about expectations and the direction of the company. There is constant opportunity to grow your career and skills at TQL.

      Cons

      If you are looking for flexibility to work remote or only want to clock in/clock out with minimal challenges, this is not likely the place for you. In most roles at TQL, you have to be willing to be onsite and willing to put in the extra work if it is what is needed for the customer.

      Pros

      Came to TQL fresh out of college with 0 background in Logistics. As a trainee you come into the job training under a broker to learn the ins and out of logistics. With all the trainings and a great work environment with people always willing to help, it is a smooth transition into understanding the job and expectations. If you are willing to work hard the sky is the limit at TQL.

      Cons

      wouldn't say anything negative about TQL. if you are willing to work hard TQL is for you.
