      Pros

      Year over year I've been impressed with the support I've received from my leadership team and the growth available with TQL. 4 years in and I'm very happy being here!!

      Cons

      The work life balance is tough at first if you do it right. It's normal to put in a lot of work in your first 1-2 years, it pays off, but it's a grind at first.

      Plenty of opportunity for career development with support from leaders. Great culture both inside and outside the office, you can tell management cares greatly about making this a place where you want to go into work.

      You must have a great work ethic and strong drive to succeed, especially during your first year.

      Good training, and the more you work the more you earn.

      Cons

      All in, all the time. I didn't take a real vacation my entire time there, and would frequently have to deal with issues while I was out. You're always on the clock. A friend at Salesforce referred me to them, with the opportunity to make 3-4x the amount I did at TQL. I took a meeting with a recruiter, and TQL found out somehow and instantly fired me due to a "lack of commitment" two weeks before I would have earned my first commission check with my numbers 400% of the target. If you want to work at a company your entire life and give them your soul, TQL might be a good fit for you. If you want to date, travel, or have a life ever, look elsewhere.
