Pros
Incredible support from management- the "promote within" culture creates in touch management that can actually HELP shape you! This is true on both the recruiting and sales side of the role. Culture is incredible- it fuels a sports team kind of competitiveness where everyone is pushing each other to do better. There are a ton of ways to get involved with intermural leagues, happy hours, and internal clubs.
Cons
You will put in extra time/ effort. This is not a clock in/clock out type of position. At the end of the day, the more effort that YOU put in, the more successful you will be. It is not a job where your manager will be breathing down your neck, it is up to you to be successful.
