      Pros

      This job is for you if you enjoy being in control of how much money you make. It's a true team atmosphere where there is no back biting among coworkers. Everyone will help you. Your bosses will not micro-manage you, but will always give you the help you ask for. It's possibly the easiest sales job there is. All prospective customers already have/use what you're selling. You simply have to create relationships.

      Cons

      It takes time to build up. Having to be willing to work REALLY hard, especially in the beginning, to get a foothold.

      Pros

      The opportunity TQL provides personally changed my families life. Uncapped commission means there is no cap on how much you can make - there are no limits. Growth / Teamwork is huge - We are continuously pushing one another to reach our next goal & take the next step. Celebrating all levels of wins is something we do daily. Community involvement & making a difference is a culture we have built throughout the nation.

      Cons

      Goals & success come with a price, and consistent hard work / work-life balance can be the price we pay for grinding in an industry that is 24/7 - 365. Being available 24/7/365 is not easy. Building a book is a long term focus and doesn't always have the instant gratification. Building a book is the hardest thing I've done personally, but also the most rewarding.
