      Honestly, the best part of working here is the people. Everyone is pretty down-to-earth and willing to help out when things get busy, which happens a lot in logistics. You definitely stay active throughout the day, and the time goes by quickly. I've learned a lot just by being hands-on and dealing with real operational challenges.

      Cons

      Early start times can be rough if you're not a morning person. It can feel a bit repetitive depending on your role but there is always something to do.
