Pros
Working as an LAE is not boring. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and you really have to want to win. But the culture here makes it worth it. The people are supportive, there’s always something going on from competitions, charity stuff, and events and leadership actually cares if you’re doing well. I’d recommend this job to someone who’s competitive, wants to make money, and doesn’t mind putting in effort.
Cons
It’s real sales, so it takes time to build relationships and a book of business. But once it starts hitting, it’s rewarding and you can actually see the results of your work.
