The only con was the money they pay, it’s good for entryway level experience

Poor work environment, lazy co-workers who never get consequences. No rewards for the hard-working people. Culture of harassment (both verbal and sexual). No mention of workers who passed away, simply just ignore them or send a quick email. Worthless safety meetings that no one cares about--simply done to ensure insurance purposes.
