Pros

Decent for new hires looking for hours and to learn the basics. You might luck out and get good projects. Some really great, positive coworkers who care and are fun to work with.

Cons

Not enough work. No consistent jobs makes work is too sporadic. It's go go go or nothing at all. Worked for years with no opportunity to move to full time.
