Excellent opportunity for an accountant to build excel skills, as the the company utilizes a doss system (green screen) for day to day accounting.

Cons

The mid level leadership did not have the capacity or desire to develop talent. There was a perpetual rotation in controllers and assistant controllers, leaving very little room to make real improvements and develop processes.
