Inconsistent message from upper management. A culture of indifference is very prevalent. Needs to improve internal communications. difficult to get consistent support from corporate teams.

Great Coordinator, goes out of his way to see that you are prepared for your assignment..

Cons

Have worked with them 8 yrs and have had one raise and that was due to the company that I was representing issued a raise for the safety Representatives. The only way you will get a raise in salary is to quit and find some other company that pays you the going rates. 1 raise in 8 yrs... Pitiful... Don't look for any cost of living or performance raise with this company.
