Management changes and structural changes all the time. Hard to conduct business and focus on the company when everything is changing all the time.

They are a family company and treat there employees real good . The pay is great and the jobs not to difficult .

Cons

You work a lot of hours sometimes 15 days straight and only one day off for months. The jobs only last 2 to 4 months.
