Extremely disappointing- technician

Pros

Good pay, paid training, all expenses paid if I were to go out of town, easy hiring process.

Cons

Got offered a job told to start one day got called back saying they were delaying training dates. Then called backing saying "project got denied" and now I'm left jobless.

Great company to work for. Constantly seeking improvement and innovations. Upper management that cares.

Cons

Vehicle compensation policies were recently changed (downgraded). I think this policy was done without any input from those affected.

HR is currently better than it had been in past years. The employee benefits are satisfactory but could be better.

Cons

Management staff that clearly rates technical staff above all else, no respect for anyone else, no raises or consideration of any other employee group no matter how hard someone works! Promises made, not kept.
