Pros

There are lots of opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, and executive management is driving that improvement while maintaining focus on client satisfaction.

Cons

The number of ongoing improvements projects can disorient a newcomer.

Pros

Most managers and employees were great to work with. The company was very committed to safety.

Cons

Like 95% of all of the other companies in the world, Total Safety needs to work harder to provide good living wages to all employees. In all fairness I recognize that this can be difficult in trying economic times.

Pros

Everyone is very experienced & there's a strong sense of being part of a team. Their healthcare & investment options are above average.

Cons

They were not interested in advancing current employees into better opportunities within the company. The compensation for an hourly employee was low with no bonuses or chance of increasing.
