Positive thinking company. Great mission. Fairly relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Missing some major compensation basics. No merit based / structured raises (you have to beg for them). Senior management is comfortable and hands off. Very different atmospheres at hub offices vs small offices.

great employees and wonderful office staff the people that tried to make the place better are wonderful and insightful, the have a pulse on their customers concerns

Cons

all of Junior and senior management. The try to rape their employees of any sense of dignity and try to make them feel as there meager pay equates to their life being donated to the cause
