Positive thinking company. Great mission. Fairly relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Missing some major compensation basics. No merit based / structured raises (you have to beg for them). Senior management is comfortable and hands off. Very different atmospheres at hub offices vs small offices.

Good place to work, the compony is making a lot of necessary improvements to its technology and customer billing. good work environment, the company has a lot of different divisions so there is a lot of room to move around.

Cons

training is next to non, especially with the new changes being made. management and workforce is stretched to thin making it difficult to get the help you need. employee retention is extremely poor. communication between management and field level employees is poor.
