Nice people. We do decent job in Louisiana but we are not equipped to grow in other parts of the country and develop alternative hubs

Archaic internal processes, conduct system releases or make major system changes without advance notification of impact of said changes, poor change management.

The company was offering a good opportunity for growth in it's early days in Morocco, there was a good balance between work and personal life, and the way things were managed was very professional.

Cons

The future of the company in Morocco is threatened, not much customers to work with, which means no clear visibility for the upcoming months, unless the company makes a big change, there is no way it could survive there.
