great employees. great atmosphere. As a growing company, lots of room for mobility and able to make an impact. Not a number here.

Cons

As a company that is growing, can be unclear of where to go for answers however the learning curve is the same for everyone therefore not so bad. Need to slow-down on future projects and focus on streamlining the present.
