      Pros

      I worked without having the supervisor checking my work. Any questions I had in regards to the job, they always helped.

      Cons

      The con are the work shift from 8am - 5 pm. It is located in Cibolo, Texas and I had an hour drive to and from work during heavy traffic hours. Worked a little over a year with the company and never was offered a raise.

      Pros

      Good Team. TS has the most to offer customers . We need to reach out to oother world class teams and learn from them.

      Cons

      The Management Team needs to make changes that are necessary. We tend to put people in the wrong job.Operations make the same mistakes. Cannot deliver and invoice in a timely manner . Fix this and we will fly.
