      Compensation was more than expected Plenty of opportunity to travel They train you to become a well rounded employee Gained a lot of experience Each office becomes a second family

      Upper management turns their head to issues within the offices and leaves under management to deal with it even if it's escalated to upper management Favoritism is horrible around there

      My experience at Total Safety has been simply amazing. They offer a very competitive salary package for professional positions. The atmosphere at my office is very pleasant and full of friendly colleagues. The organization as a whole is extremely agile and collaborative which is a reflection of the tremendous leadership provided by the Executive team. The management team are extremely effective at guiding their business units towards organizational goals. My manager always leads, provides resources, and empowers me to be successful. As a result, our team reached several goals this year. Communications throughout the organization are one of the many strengths and allows all employees worldwide to stay abreasts of major developments. Total Safefy US Inc is the right fit for anyone looking to join a winning team.

      Due to the geographic footprint or our global organization, continual focus has to be placed on ensuring that the right people are placed in the right roles. This will help create better continuity across all business units.

      Management at Karnes City refuse to provide housing in an industry that provides housing to their employees, KARNES CITY will not. Better off wotking elsewhere STARTING PAY $14 starting. they say $21 but youll never see it. This place is a joke. NOT TOO SAFETY ORIENTED AS A COMPANY the name is TOTAL SAFETY but they dont practice what they preach. The district manager is all about BOTTOM LINE and will not support the workers when it comes to pay raises, company vehicles or housing
