-The owner of the company is extremely business & worker oriented. He knows how to keep things running smoothly, while sincerely listening to his employees. -The company is constantly growing, which helps keep the days full of productive things to do. -Most of the co-workers are helpful and want to work as a team, rather than just for themselves.

Cons

-A lot of the job training is on-the-fly, but this is to be expected with an ever-changing technology production company.
