Pros

- low level entry company, if you know at least something about computers or you just finished college, you can get a job - you can learn a lot if you want to - a couple of different departments which work with different technologies and mostly have good promotion patterns - excellent colleagues, 25 yrs or younger on average

Cons

- minimum wage with some added bonuses which they take away if you do not perform up to their standards - upper management doesn't really care about their employees, they don't care if you stay or leave, they will always find someone desperate enough to work for the low pay they offer - company training is weak, they just throw you into the sea hopping you can swim - some clients they have are A1, some are really horrible - 3 shifts, you will stuck with one of them for a longer period and it might change depending on the department you work in

Pros

Don't require any experience to start working there. If you don't have any Linux experience it's a good place to gain some quickly as it is a fast paced environment. No dress code.

Cons

Pay is to low. To much pushing of stats, you are forced to make generic replies to tickets that don't contribute anything to resolve the issue and are just there to game the stats. Management and HR are not doing a good job, also a lot of reviews here seem to be written by management or HR, even when they do talk to employees it is obvious they are just doing it to satisfy form and are not listening to what is said. Most people leave inside 1-2 years so not much experienced people to learn from.

Pros

* Friendly Staff overall * Comfortable offices, modern equipment * Excellent upper management ( CEO, CTO ) * A lot of ways to improve yourself * Outstanding learning opportunity, be it in Linux or Windows area. * Lot of knowledgable people who know their job and to it well ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Touch Support is a one of a kind company which takes on newbs and train them to be a competent system admins within 2-3 years. There is a clear training path, various career opportunities and all dependant solely on the employee and how far they want to push themselves. Upper management knows what they're doing and do it well. Communication is a bit more than you would usually expect ( CEO talks a lot to their employees when needed ), friendly Shift Leads are always there to assist and HR does OneonOne's within the company which sometimes lasts a couple of hours if needed.+, PER person. New employees are carefully hand-picked to fit in quickly with the rest of the staff. Company has a lot of patience for their employees, to help them with their problems and issues at hand or to simply listen to them.

Cons

* Middle management seems to be missing in some situations
