      Pros

      Working at TouchSuite is challenging in all the right ways! The company culture promotes creativity, thinking outside the box and empowerment to make forward-thinking decisions. I enjoy being challenged to step up to the plate and make things happen all while putting my own twist on it. Most of the individuals here know how to play to each other's strengths and want to help further develop each other's professional qualities. Joining the TouchSuite family was a fantastic decision and I am glad I did.

      Cons

      In order to succeed here, you have to take the initiative to make things happen on your own. There is no "walking you through" the process. You create the process which means you must have confidence in your craft.

      Pros

      The staff makes you feel like family. Everyone is willing and ready to teach every aspect of the industry. I could not have wished for a better environment to learn all I did over the many years I worked here. Not only did I learn about the credit card processing industry, I learned POS systems, cash advances, underwriting and marketing, just to name a few. By far the best part was that it helped me become a more experienced, polished, professional and simply a better person!! I could never thank this company enough for all the great years and experiences I had.

      Cons

      Need more room for internal growth. Employees should have regular reviews and be compensated according to those reviews. Staff should know where they stand regarding job performance.

      TouchSuite is a company that is driven by its core values; entrepreneurship, urgency, creativity, passion and commitment. If you are an employee who exemplifies the values you have a bright and happy future with this company. They absolutely reward individual achievements and openly encourage continued learning and personal development.

      Cons

      If you're not an organized self-starter or a team player you're going to have some problems. This is definitely a "check your ego at the door" kind of company. It is also a business that pivots a lot, which can be difficult for individuals who want the same thing every day.
