The company is full of A players that are dedicated to their jobs and responsibilities that promotes a very motivating atmosphere to grow in your own role. The executive team and upper management are always encouraging employees to think and act more like entrepreneurs to resolve issues, suggest new tools & procedures and help the company grow as a whole. I starting working at TouchSuite through a company acquisition 3 years ago and continue to work here because TouchSuite has helped me grow my skill set in my professional career more than I ever thought I could in such a short period. The company recognizes when employees are going above and beyond their roles to generate a positive impact on the company as a whole and reward them. I have received several promotions from the executive team as a result of going above and beyond my role.
Cons
The bathrooms and other parts of the infrastructure of the building could use some remodeling.
