      Pros

      People working there are very nice people, so the culture is good in that regard

      Cons

      The CEO doesn't pay his employees. You're hired into a sales job with promises big to get you in the door - could care less about your well-being. Makes excuses as to why you're not getting paid on your commissions you earned. You learn that quick which is why there is high turnover. Guy's a lawyer so he thinks he can scare you.

      TouchSuite is a company that is driven by its core values; entrepreneurship, urgency, creativity, passion and commitment. If you are an employee who exemplifies the values you have a bright and happy future with this company. They absolutely reward individual achievements and openly encourage continued learning and personal development.

      Cons

      If you're not an organized self-starter or a team player you're going to have some problems. This is definitely a "check your ego at the door" kind of company. It is also a business that pivots a lot, which can be difficult for individuals who want the same thing every day.
