Pros

They have a pretty cool office, but that’s it.

Cons

Low pay, worked like a slave, and surrounded by toxic people. There’s like 5 VP of sales and they all have hang ups. Stay away from the short, heavy narcissist. Operations has a few decent lower-level employees, but they will leave if they have any sense. The CEO doesn’t care about his employees, just his pockets. Best bet is to move on and look elsewhere.

The people you work with outside of leadership are mostly great people.

Cons

Leadership are the most toxic people in the world, and openly show everyone how little they care about them. Everyone is walking on eggshells, and every single soul in the building hates the ownerships guts. No amount of money in the world (and theyre cheap to begin with) is worth being in that building. STAY AWAY.
