      Pros

      At TouchSuite, everyday is dynamic and filled with various tasks that challenge and engage me. As an Operations Adminstrator, I find myself immersed in a range of responsibilities, from project management to collaborating with cross-functional teams. The work environment is fast-paced, which keeps me on my toes and ensures that no two days are exactly alike. During my time at TouchSuite, I have learned invaluable skills that extend beyond the technical aspects of my role. The company's emphasis on continuous learning has encouraged me to expand my knowledge in different areas. The exposure to diverse projects has honed my problem-solving abilities and fostered a proactive approach to challenges.

      Cons

      While the challenges vary, one of the more demanding aspects of my role is managing competing priorities. Balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines can be challenging, requiring effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. I had to organize schedules and create multiple plans to make sure everything goes well and smoothly. However, Despite the pressure, I was able to deal with them through the help of the team. The company's emphasis on providing the resources and support needed to meet these challenges has been beneficial. TouchSuite has been enriching and has provided me with both professional and personal growth.

      Pros

      Employees at TouchSuite are amazing and very kind. Team work is a strong suit. TouchSuite is rebuilding and redesigning how they operate from the past to be a stronger and better company. Senior Leadership (C-Suite) is aware of the culture and is working to change and improve it. The company cares about its employees and offers good benefits. I truly enjoy working here

      Cons

      The company is changing. This is 90% good however growing pains are a thing. Overall this is a great place to work, there are still some old aches and some growth to be done.
