There is a leave your ego at the door culture that permeates all aspects of the company. Leadership is fantastic and sets the tone for excellence while also being mindful of the need for a keeping a balanced life. The company is growing and with it comes a lot of opportunities for career growth.

-Transparent and engaged management that values employee and customer feedback -Good at crisis management and finding alternatives to things that don't work or when parts run out of stock -Scrappy and fast paced -Near zero bureaucracy -Flexible work environment -Great width and depth of work that stretches across domains -Horizontal organizational structure -No one in the company is inaccessible and is probably just one slack message away
